The qualified students will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding their expectations, motivations and personal skills. After the competition, another questionnaire will be handed over to them. These questionnaires will be used for the creation of a short report from the competition in which students’ progress will be assessed. In the report, the data will be anonymised.

Students will be asked to prepare for a journey starting on 20 January 2025 in the early morning. All students will be asked to prove they all have valid health insurance for traveling in the territory of the European Union.

The destination of the competition is not going to be revealed.
